My fiance and I worked with Chad on buying our first home. He worked with my mom on purchasing a house as well, and the first thing I had noticed about him was how patient he was. Home-buying is stressful, but working with Chad was truly enjoyable. As first-time home buyers, he really made us feel  comfortable with the process and took the time to explain everything and answer our questions thoroughly. He is extremely knowledgeable and was always in constant contact with us. He was very successful in negotiating repairs as well as the purchase price, home warranty, etc. He spent a lot of time with us, and I NEVER EVER EVER felt pressured. We ended up in our dream home – perfect house, perfect location..couldn’t be happier. I still can’t believe we have such a beautiful home for the price we paid. We couldn’t have done it without Chad, and I have been and will continue recommending him to everyone I know who is buying a home.
