Chad is an expert of the area and knew exactly what we could do in our market. He helped prep our home for sale and provided us with great comps. We had two buyers compete 6 days after listing and sold to the highest offer in under 1 week of having it on the market.
Chad also helped us find the perfect subdivision for our next home and helped us through the entire building and negotiating process. He noticed one of the homes in the area had a radon system, something a young couple would never notice, and negotiated a radon test and clause into our contract with the builder. The builder was a little behind in progress and he was able to help clarify issues and get the process back on track.
Chad is one of the best and we are so glad to have worked with him.
